Your body remembers what your
mind has tried to move past

Grief doesn't follow a timeline. Whether your loss was two days ago or twenty years ago, your nervous system holds onto it. This retreat is built around one truth: the body holds what words alone can't release, and the right environment, practices, and people can help you begin to let it go.

01You've experienced pregnancy loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, termination, or infertility, at any stage
02You've tried talking about it, but something in your body still hasn't found relief
03You crave the presence of women who truly understand, without needing to explain yourself
04You're ready for a reset, for nature, stillness, movement, and space to grieve and laugh again

Four days of somatic healing in one of the most breathtaking places on earth

Through breathwork, movement, and somatic practices, you'll process what lives in your tissues, your nervous system, and your body. There will be moments that are heavy and deeply cathartic. There will also be moments of lightness, laughter, and even joy. Both are exactly right. Both are welcome here.

Somatic Release

Process what's stored in your body through breathwork and body-based practices, the kind of healing that talk therapy often can't reach on its own.

Genuine Connection

Meet women who understand, no translation needed. Share meals, trails, silence, and laughter with those who've walked a similar path.

Restoration in Nature

Mountain air, sweeping Vail Valley views and golden aspen trees, and starlit Colorado skies. Let the landscape do some of the work of softening what's been hardened by grief.

Permission to Grieve

A container where your experience is honored, whether the loss was recent or decades ago. Your grief is valid. Your timeline is your own.

A Return to Center

Four days away from the noise of normal life, held in a space designed for you to come back to yourself, clearer, lighter, more whole.

Moments of Joy

Grief and lightness can coexist. This retreat holds space for both tears and laughter, and the surprising way joy can feel like its own form of healing.

Your body has been carrying this long enough. This is a place to finally set some of it down.

You might be wondering if this is right for you

It's okay to have hesitations. Here are some of the things women often wonder before deciding to come.

"My loss was a long time ago. Is it too late?"
The body doesn't forget, no matter how many years have passed. Whether your loss was recent or decades ago, these practices meet you exactly where you are. There's no expiration on grief, and no prerequisite for healing.
"What if I'm currently pregnant?"
You are warmly welcome. All somatic practices will be thoughtfully adjusted for safety. Many women who attend are still actively trying or expecting, this retreat is for wherever you are in your journey.
"What if it's too emotionally intense?"
You set your own pace here. There's no pressure to go deeper than you're ready for. This retreat holds space for catharsis and for rest, for tears and for laughter, and you are in the driver's seat at all times.
"I've never done breathwork or somatic work before."
No prior experience needed. All practices are guided, beginner-friendly, and adapted to the group. Your only job is to show up as you are.

Breathwork & Somatic Coach

Courtney is no stranger to this grief.

While living in London, she became pregnant unexpectedly (with an IUD, no less). The surprise quickly became something she wanted, deeply. And then she lost it. The whiplash of that, wanting something just long enough to lose it, broke her open in a way she hadn't anticipated.

Her partner held her through it as much as he could. And still, she felt profoundly alone. Not because no one cared, but because grief like this tends to live in silence, even when you know you're not the only one who has carried it.

A few months later, she quit her job and flew to Asia. In Bali, she found breathwork and discovered she could process through her body and her breath what words simply couldn't reach. She never went back to her tech job. Instead, she went home with a new mission to help other women come back to themselves.

Almost immediately after returning to the States, she became pregnant again. And lost that one too. This time, she had tools. This time, she knew how to move through it, not around it.

She built this retreat to offer what she wished she'd had: a real container where the body is finally allowed to process what happened, held by women who understand.
